Catherine Jones, Esq Joins Bess & Daley Law
Merritt Island Firm Specializes in Bankruptcy and Foreclosure Law

Merritt Island, FL | April 20, 2010 - Catherine Jones, Esq., has joined the firm of Bess & Daley Law in Merritt Island, which recently won a landmark case in the bankruptcy and foreclosure arena and concentrates on resolving individual and corporate bankruptcy and foreclosure issues. The firm also provides estate planning, personal injury, intellectual property, business law, and mortgage services. Ms. Jones brings additional expertise in the areas of federal, military, personnel and foreign tort claims act cases, as well as condominium and homeowner association law.

Ms. Jones previously served as managing attorney for Cocoa Beach Law Group, LLC, where she focused on defending homeowners in foreclosure actions. Ms. Jones was a Judge Advocate General (JAG) in the United States Army for five years. For a portion of that time, she also managed a legal services office for the 82nd Airborne Division in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Her efforts earned her office the Army Chief of Staff Award for Excellence in Legal Assistance.

Catherine, who attended Florida State University College of Law, received numerous military commendations, including a Meritorious Service Medal, two Army Commendation Medals, five Army Achievement Medals, a Good Conduct Medal, Global War on Terror Medal, NATO Medal, Overseas Service Ribbon, Army Service Ribbon and Army Expeditionary Medal.

Ms. Jones joins Carole S. Bess, who has practiced law in Brevard County, Florida, since 1990, with a special concentration in bankruptcy; Paul F. Daley, a United States Air Force veteran who retired from military service after 21 years of active duty and concentrates in bankruptcy law, wills, trusts, estates and probate; and Daniel W. Blougouras, who practices in trust and estate planning, probate, charitable contributions, asset protection, as well as business, corporate, contract and commercial law.
